we are the answer, not the constitution. you are right about that. it is just right versus wrong. we can stand up to evil with or without the constitution.

my point is the answer is never courts. courts are barbaric and corrupt.

the answer is simply saying no despite any consequences

Remember that the Constitution was designed to represent the interests of the people and to guard the rights the founders rightfully declared came from God Almighty and while I do concur that our hopes should never be fully placed in courts to properly administer justice, we still in principle must give them an opportunity to do what is right and sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.

And I will concede this much that inasmuch as the Constitution has been instrumental in keeping tyranny at bay and has been a constant hinderance to it, we cannot always rely on it to oppose evil for men have opposed evil and have triumphed over it even before there ever was an America or a Constitution, but the power that we must rely on for us to steadfastly oppose evil is that power which comes from God Almighty just as others before us have relied on His delivering and sustaining power to confront, fight against, and eventually triumph over the forces of darkness.
