I step out of the shower & I spray it all over me.
Pat it on my face & rub it in my hair & neck,
where the dentist will be working.

Or if I have to drive into L.A., same routine.

Never heard of using it topically.

I have not had any tooth work since 2001, but, I clench my teeth at night and one broke about 4 months ago - but its not sore, so I am holding off getting a crown, until it does hurt.

Been pretty healthy myself, only a thyroid issue from cancer in 2004. Otherwise I go to the dr once a year for my annual thyroid meds.

Drinking well water, and consuming very little processed food, eat a lot of soup/stews and reduced meat intake to once or twice a week. We have our own hens, egg dishes a couple of times a week, and lots of veg out of the garden in the freezer. So we are doing what we are able.

I do not trust dentists either, I think they are sibject to the same pressures as drs. not so much from drug cos but the periodontist equipment, and procedure companies.

The dentist I go to has a tooth printing machine, but it costs TWICE what a lab made crown would be... but, they can prep, make and fit it in 2 hours.

i go to the dental school at local university for years.
i totatlly trust them, very clean, latest equipment, and latest procedures - all supervised and half the money! 😁👍

i just want to mention to watch the tooth becsuse you dont want it turning into a root canal scenario.
it happened to me because i waited too long to fix broken tooth. hopefully all this nonsense will be over within next 6 months
