INGREDIENTS for 2 servings for a day
🔸 5-6 garlic cloves
🔸 1 onion cut in two 4 pieces
🔸 1 inch Ginseng / maca root
🔸 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
🔸 1 green onion with leaves
🔸 1 inch chopped Turmeric root
🔸 1 inch chopped ginger root
🔸 1-2 tbsp Honey or cane sugar or Maple syrup
🧑🍳 PREPARATION
🔹 Take a pan
🔹 Add 500ml (17.5oz)
🔹 Add above chopped ingredients garlic, onion, green onions, Turmeric, ginger, Ginseng root
🔹Bring to boil and then simmer for 35-45 mins.
🔹Switch off burner. Let it cool to warm to little hot temperature 🔹Strain into a glass jar or mug
🔹Add Cayenne Pepper and honey as per taste
🔹You can keep in fridge for taking later in the day.
🔹 Take it in morning and evening half an hour before meals.

that looks powerful ! Have you bought ginseng root before? I dont think I’ve ever seen it for purchase.
