INGREDIENTS for 2 servings for a day
๐Ÿ”ธ 5-6 garlic cloves
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 onion cut in two 4 pieces
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 inch Ginseng / maca root
๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 green onion with leaves
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 inch chopped Turmeric root
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 inch chopped ginger root
๐Ÿ”ธ 1-2 tbsp Honey or cane sugar or Maple syrup

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ PREPARATION
๐Ÿ”น Take a pan
๐Ÿ”น Add 500ml (17.5oz)
๐Ÿ”น Add above chopped ingredients garlic, onion, green onions, Turmeric, ginger, Ginseng root
๐Ÿ”นBring to boil and then simmer for 35-45 mins.
๐Ÿ”นSwitch off burner. Let it cool to warm to little hot temperature ๐Ÿ”นStrain into a glass jar or mug
๐Ÿ”นAdd Cayenne Pepper and honey as per taste
๐Ÿ”นYou can keep in fridge for taking later in the day.
๐Ÿ”น Take it in morning and evening half an hour before meals.

that looks powerful ! Have you bought ginseng root before? I dont think Iโ€™ve ever seen it for purchase.
