INGREDIENTS for 2 servings for a day
๐ธ 5-6 garlic cloves
๐ธ 1 onion cut in two 4 pieces
๐ธ 1 inch Ginseng / maca root
๐ธ 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
๐ธ 1 green onion with leaves
๐ธ 1 inch chopped Turmeric root
๐ธ 1 inch chopped ginger root
๐ธ 1-2 tbsp Honey or cane sugar or Maple syrup
๐งโ๐ณ PREPARATION
๐น Take a pan
๐น Add 500ml (17.5oz)
๐น Add above chopped ingredients garlic, onion, green onions, Turmeric, ginger, Ginseng root
๐นBring to boil and then simmer for 35-45 mins.
๐นSwitch off burner. Let it cool to warm to little hot temperature ๐นStrain into a glass jar or mug
๐นAdd Cayenne Pepper and honey as per taste
๐นYou can keep in fridge for taking later in the day.
๐น Take it in morning and evening half an hour before meals.

that looks powerful ! Have you bought ginseng root before? I dont think Iโve ever seen it for purchase.
