Unfortunately, listening to others rather than ourselves is what has gotten us into this mess in the first place and that is part of the lesson. The medical system has been corrupt for well over 100 years. People just listen to "experts", those with more authority, including Trump. We all have to learn the lesson to listen to ourselves first. It is brutal but if we don't we always walk the road of tyranny and destruction.
