This China protest etc, is a covert WH/Alliance ops. It is exactly what occurred in HongKong in 2019, where the need for the military to go in. Protests is created for distractions, while the Q ops/COBRA hunt ops are happening elsewhere. So like Q said, Distractions are necessary. Same as what's been happening w/ Portland protests to BLM protest for death of Floyd, hunting/arrests/rescue ops happening undergrd or else where that need distractions & noise.
