3 days on 5 days off
to start.
im on day 2.
i drink 1oz lemon juice in 10oz water with it :) got to stay alkaline!! and hydrated :)

nope fasting is not related to ivermectin protocol. but it is best to avoid processes foods when using ivermectin as that is mainly what parasites feed off.
