The best relief I've found is using a red infrared light on the specific area, or whole body. It sounds crazy but works wonders. Not permanent but offers much relief. I just started using Leefy Prana as a pain reliever – which I use primarily for PMS cramps and headaches. Ingredients: tumeric root, ginger root, black pepper. Works very well for moderate pain, though I haven't really tested it with any severe pain. Gluteus Medius Muscle
Scooting off of a chair or out of the bed can cause this muscle to slip and be moved which can pinch a nerve making each day painful with leg pain.
A good Chiropractor can pop that muscle back and pain will go away instantly.
You can try and move the muscle yourself
The outside of the hip needs to be moved back towards the tailbone.

i was sitting with mom today before work and on the news they said ontario hospitals will be cancelling all non emergency surgeries because there is no space in the hospital for patients other than the 14 year olds and under that are filling the hopsitals right now with their covid sickness due to children advil being n/a in Canada.
