this is what im doing
3 days on 5 days off
to start.
im on day 2.
i drink 1oz lemon juice in 10oz water with it :) got to stay alkaline!! and hydrated :)

i fast daily 14-18h minimum usually :) til my tummy grumbles then i see if i am ready to eat yet
