Okay :) I met my 24 hour Fasting Goal :)✅💯 YaaaaY :) I am going to keep Fasting until at least tomorrow AM & go from there :) 😎 Total weight loss so far is 3.8 lbs :) I drink a lot of Water 💦 on the daily, but I have been drinking even more when I feel hungry, I chug water 😎 Thanks for this Advice & Thank You All for the Encouraging Words & Love 💕 Ya’ll Rock😎🥰🙏Much Love & God Bless You All♾🙏💖🙏💙

UPdate on the Fasting :)
Still going :) I have lost 5.5 pounds :)😎🥰Noice! So, I have an Acupuncture Appointment in PC this afternoon & I’m thinking I still want to be fasting for this... I’m gonna fast at least until after this... & go from there :) Also, does anyone do this 16:8 Fasting on the daily? LMK :)
One last thing, last night I went to bed early... this is good advice too when fasting, at least for me :) Thanks Again for all of the 🙏Encouragement & Love 💕 🙏God Bless🙏

:)☀️Happy Today Ya’ll🌟:) I’m still going on My Fast that I started 10/23 @ 5:50 pm :) 😎 I’ve lost a total of: 7 lbs 😎:)
Gonna have to stop later today as I have a Planned Early Dinner Date ❤️😎 So, it will end up being probably around 69 hours of fasting:)😎 Gonna plan the next one where I have the full 72 hours :) Thank You Again for All of Your 🙏Support & Love 💕 :) If I can do it, Anyone can! Also, Any Advice on what to eat on the 1st meal? Something light I assume?

We’re synching! I’m on day 3, too. I think we started about the same time. I’ve lost 6 pounds. I’m either going to end tonight, or if I feel motivated, I’ll keep it going and break the fast at breakfast. But I will do it at noon and head straight in to intermittent fasting. Join me!

You can do it! Set your mind to a goal of 24 hrs. See how you feel at 24 hrs. then extend to a new goal. I was surprised that I wasn't as hungry as I expected I would be. At 72 hours I was feeling light headed and decided I had to stop there. Go for it. I prepared meals for family throughout and just had to catch myself from mindlessly popping food in my mouth. You don't realize how much you eat in a day until you fast.

I have found that once I set the goal, it’s easy. I’m not saying there aren’t moments of feeling a bit ick, but they always pass and it ultimately comes down to sheer determination. If you have that, you’re good! After all, it’s only a few days and it’s so good for your body. Just keep reminding yourself of that, and this too shall pass.
