thank you- so explains a lot of some reactions I teceive by people. even at a young age my goodness can/would become a threat merely because I had no ulterior motives other than offering help or being nice. ive felt that my entire life.

Yes, so true! You're not alone. Our path is to be able to be an example and not be pulled down by the negative in others and join them in their negativity but to learn how to NOT join them in it and hold onto that light and be a guiding light through example. Until we reach that level of conviction and understanding, it feels like a curse and we often ask 'why am I being so punished, targeted by some attacked?' But it's a test not punishment.
It's conviction of heart that we need to over come the negativity. To have true conviction of heart you we need to know ourselves. There is no other way that truly works. To know ourselves we will have to take a truthful hard look at everything we think, feel and say and the truth of why we are thinking,feeling or saying that. So they can be a good learning tool for us.

We need to know ourselves so well we can hold onto that light and KNOW without a shadow of a doubt when someone else is being symbiotic projecting their self hate onto us.💝
