I wonder then if William will be exposed as the ex king of spain's son and not charles' son. So not eligible to be king after charlie has some vaccine-induced myocarditis and kaks it. That would be fun.

What a can of worms this question opens up:

IF: William is the son of Juan Carlos, and Harry is the son of James Hewitt, then where does that lead??

Okay, that takes their kids out of the run for the monarchy, if in fact they are declared illegitimate (but it is possible they would still be considered legitimate, because they have been accepted as such) AND they would not be Prince Charles' children, so their lineage would be different.

There is some English Act of Settlement of 1701 that stipulates only someone from Sophia, electress of Hanover, can inherit the throne.
Maybe they still could based on Princess Diana's lineage, or William could through Juan Carlo's lineage, but that is harder to figure out very easily.

Then we would end up with Prince ANDREW?? or his child Beatrice if his wrongdoings put him out.

"What if Princess Diana is still alive??" people have posited SHE would become queen. (don't remember rationale)

Yes, I've heard tale Diana could be queen, but I don't see how.
