Hi, this is Photon's sister. She has been in the hospital for a couple weeks and cannot post to this site from the hospital's unsecured Wifi connection. New Hampshire (I think) and Tennessee sells over the counter and is legal there. It depends on your state. My state has banned its use and discourage physicians from prescribing it. If you purchase outside of your state I don't think anyone can stop you from using it.
