Yes, when we were young, they hadn't bioengineered ticks yet, and they hadn't deliberately spread the ticks across the land.
When I was a kid, we'd walk through the woods all day long, played outside from early morn to dusk.
The worst tick was the dog tick, which could spread Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, but it was rare.
I was bitten when I was ten and my parents were worried about RMSF because a girl in our area had died from it.
Again, deaths and sickness were uncommon back then.
Books have been written on theories about how it happened.

Tick borne diseases are still being overlooked.
300,000 new American cases every year, and years ago, Germany claimed a million cases a year.
Just for example. There are over 800 types of ticks in the world.
One autistic child I knew used to hit himself where he had pain, and would tell his Mom to take out the bone.
There is just as long a list of symptoms of TBDs as any other condition or allergy, etc.
Ticks may transmit as many as 38 different diseases, according to a study done in Maryland.
I have references for all written above. Too much for one post, but there are many, many website and organizations where this info can be found, and additionally, there are thousands of scientific studies re: TBDs.

In my family, my brothers, sister and I had to deal with a bipolar father.
That's just one example of childhood issues that affect people for the rest of their lives.
However, some of us overcome the things that "life" throws at us.
My brothers and sister are younger and still figuring out their issues and they are basically still asleep.
Although I'm physically disabled, I've dealt with my issues and so, I'm here for them and for anyone else who needs me.

I don't know for how many years it has been that China was the country developing the Flu Vaccine, however, every year since I was paying attention, China would figure out the 'worst' flu that had appeared that year and then, develop a 'shot' for it.
Then they'd sell it to all the fearful countries who were anxiously waiting to get it.
Another thing was that they'd announce they were running low on their flu shot supply- a perfect way to insure demand.
Also remember -they'd announce there was a wait before it was available - so, we had to wait while China finished their 'magic' of creating the shots.
Not sure when it happened, but most drugs started being made in other countries, rather than the US.
I think Trump talked about bringing drug companies back to the US.

Detrimental effects from the medical profession seem innumerable for the entire world's population.
My genius boss was in the military; then owned a tech business, later retired. But when the gov't asked him to re-open, he did.
He was very strong, a healthy 80-year-old when I worked for him.
Anyway, he was tested when he entered the military-and I wondered if, due to his abilities, they made sure that any drugs, vaccines he received-were the good ones.
Maybe connecting dots:
A report said they created 51 different batches of the C19 vax.
Also saw a woman who was turned away at one vax distribution center because she wasn't the right type. That made her suspicious.
The thing is, were different adverse reactions- due to different ingredients in the 51?
So, what have they done to our military?
