Just got A phone call from A Freind. The Question was, "What do i do if the Tablet my Son got for A X-Mas Gift does not turn off and it seems like there is something wrong with it-It's glitching out" ..? (It's An OFF Brand)

No More words were Said. withIn the next 30 Seconds, I recieved A text message pic of it back in it's box ready to be shipped back.
