Gene Decode is a pseudonym. He's ex naval intelligence. He's been a truther for over 30 years. His lightbulb moment was when they offloaded nukes off the sub he was appointed to and he followed the trucks and they went into a forested, vacant, volcano crater and drove straight into a hologram wall, presumably into the tunnels. His specialty is discerning the DUMB activity based on USGS reporting, anomalous stories of sinkholes, saltwater geysers miles inland, and vessel tracking.
