Oh me too! I am 80 years old and my life was a total mess for decades. When I finally repented and asked the Lord to teach me how to live well, I was well into my 60s. Since 2007 I have devoted each day to the Lord and my daily prayer asks God to send His Holy Spirit to be with me in all that I say, think and do. Oh, and write. I still fall short many times, but the grace and mercy of God is ENDLESS when we show Him our devotion and love.

If there is any doubt about the effects that your food intake has on your health and well being - take a time out for all processed foods. What are processed foods? Anything that is packaged in a can, box or jar. All these items have been "processed" to preserve their freshness and to lengthen their shelf life. Once you have eliminated them from your diet for 2 weeks, you will feel the measurable difference in your body, your mind and yes - your soul.
