Muh malibar is rocking. Tasted like cross between spinach and greens, gets down in the soil and then starts sending impressive shoots.

You also can put your malibar in full sun but gotta water it more, but LOVES it. BIG fan of heat and sun, and water that malabar. I try to toughen it up and water it some, when it is wilting to toughen it up for Ga summers, BUT water makes it produce faster, working on strong roots also for next year.

Mine is doing great too ... it is climbing up our Hibiscus plant ... LOL .. still experimenting on where to put it. It's in a large pot right now ... we'll see what happens! When do you harvest it? And how?

I keep it up. If you start them early enough, if freezes aren't bad it is a perennial.
I harvest the primary leaves, and it encourages growth of the other ones. TRUE to what I read, does so far get up to now taller than me and ya'll met me, so good indicator, this sucker shot on up. Based on planting time, over my head already.

You could trellis it also in a pot.
OR use some non pressure treated wood, who knows wtf is in that, so like bamboo maybe made arch, in it. And train it or that and mini chicken wire.
