I have had issues with vertigo for the past 25 years….. just wondering if anyone has some remedies or methods to alleviate or cure it…..

I work with medicinal nutrition. Eliminating foods and supplementing with specific nutrition to cure. Yes, cure. It is all science backed and clinically proven. Vertigo and ringing in the ears are both calcium deficiency issues.

I would suggest checking out Dr. Eric Berg. He seems to have natural cures for everything. Just do a search Dr. Eric Berg Vertigo and see what comes up. He recommends a supplement for people with Tinnitus, I know that.
