So did Diana know? Did she willingly participate in the conception or was she forced to participate like a handmaidens tale type of conception?

I think Diana knew, because she began to rebel against the oppression and this is why she was killed in the car crash. ( If she really was killed, I hope that it was staged and she escaped.) 🙏
