Call your national Archives and check if any of the bills were ratified in the last few years...
they all pass them by voting them in, but it is very far from these bills becoming valid if they were not ratified and funded...
Only Guardian of Global Repository can ratify and fund every bill and she will not ratify and fund anything that is harmful to humanity and that is not in accordance with Natural Law...
Constitution does not play a part in our future any longer...
This goes for every country in the world and for every government in the world...
