Drove past it all yesterday (12th August) it’s amazing. Tesla free energy is such a big part of all this it looks like it’s nearly finished also 💥

I would tend to agree. Small but probably power a very local area and probably for private use. They definitely aren't phone towers. They aren't nearly tall enough.
