17th Amendment, ratified 1913.
Oh, and of course the 16th Amendment (ratified 1913) belongs to the Corporation as well, which is why income tax is unconstitutional under the Republic.

We have returned to the original Constitution as of end of the Corporation of the United States on 6/6/18. Amendments will no longer be valid.
