An interesting thought, if nothing else:
Under the Republic, Congressmen are chosen by state legislators, not direct election by the people.

Oh, and of course the 16th Amendment (ratified 1913) belongs to the Corporation as well, which is why income tax is unconstitutional under the Republic.

We have returned to the original Constitution as of end of the Corporation of the United States on 6/6/18. Amendments will no longer be valid.

i think we still elected house seat but senate was a choice of the governor of state. that was if you dont like them you could recall your Governor. this changed in 1913 with pass of irs and fed.
