I would agree with this, if it wasn't for people on this site (side, more generally) being outright toxic to others who don't share their views.
Everyone who doesn't agree is considered a sheep, is hypnotized, asleep, stupid, manipulated, complicit, a shill, a troll, a satanist, a pedo.
This hostility breeds hostility and unsurprisingly leads to things like judging, misunderstanding, gossiping and negative opinions.
Don't tell people to ignore the symptoms.
Tell them to fight the the root cause.
