when Jesus resurrected, his physical body came back alive. It was different though, in that ,according to scripture, he was able to enter intonlocked rooms and just appear there, yet was physical enough that Thomas was able tonput his hands in the nail holes and in his side where the spear stabbed him. when Jesus ascended to heaven he was in his physical body, in this new state. This body is an example of what we will have adter the resurrection.
