I've been tired a long time, lol
That said, I'm better now than I was at this time last year
I also have a legit excuse in that I've had a lot of yard work & garden work to do outside in the heat & I'm canning veggies & fruit like a booger 😄

I finally sleep a little more lately but it s never enough apparently😂

Same here! for the most part I'm sleeping better instead of having broken sleep where I wake up between 2 & 4 in the morning (that is tiring in itself) but can't really sleep late except on rare occasions
