I've been tired a long time, lol
That said, I'm better now than I was at this time last year
I also have a legit excuse in that I've had a lot of yard work & garden work to do outside in the heat & I'm canning veggies & fruit like a booger 😄

Same! I woke up today and was just absolutely exhausted. So tired. I had to go do yoga, go stand barefoot in my yard and absorb some sunlight. I am feeling much better.
