We became Babylon because God's real govt, was hijacked by false ministers and priest who instituted paganism, rites, and rituals on God's people who just didn't have the backbone to swim up river and do the right thing. The Old Testament is nothing but story after story of the Israelites building pagan temples, sacrificing their children, and worship to idols. That's why Christ was murdered. If the original Priesthood had been in power, the one set up by God, Christ would not have been murdered. The Priesthood had long been replaced by infiltrators, and according their Talmud, Christ was the imposter.
It's our forefathers that brought their "traditions" to "Christianity". We've been following their "traditions" ever since. We honor their pagan holidays, still murder our babies, celebrate to their pagan Gods. We've learned nothing and pass it on to ours.

The date for Christ's birth is based soley on the Annunciation of the birth of John the Baptizer to his father Zacarius by the Archangel Gabriel while Zacarrius was serving in the Temple. The priestly rotation schedules still exist today. Based on when Zacarrius was serving in the temple, it's easy to calculate the birth of Jesus. Saturnalia has nothing to do with it since that Roman festival didn't even come into existence til the early 200s A.D.
