Un-Effing-believalbe. Actually totally believable coming from Reuters. The difference between Biden and Trump is night and day. Saluting and at attention for Trump (which is a requirement for the commander and chief) whereas slouching, no salute, etc. for Biden. This weak attempt to excuse the turned backs falls totally flat.
