Part of this started back around 2010-2011 I believe... It was a time in which the gold bonds from Poland were being called in to Germany/Europe. There were so many bonds being cashed in, that the issuers were being bankrupted and caught in a fraud scheme. I think many were issued during and post WWII. Been a long time since I read all that.
