180 degrees south? You're thinking is still looking at it as a ball.
I suppose you're asking 180 degrees of a 360 degree circumference. In navigational terms it would be 180th meridian.

yes.. use the Gleason map and using dividers or a compass, span from the north pole to the southern most part of New Zealand. Lock in the compass and use it to draw a circle around the north pole. That is roughly 180th Meridian and 180 degrees south of the north pole. Latitude is measured in time.
