"It is very concerning because it gives the World Health Organization the authority to basically lock down anybody anywhere. It is overreaching power, and it's around the world. I have to add that I don't believe it will actually come to this, as this has to be a red line for the military, and I don't see how they would allow WHO/UN goons to actually do that here just "for the optics." If it's not a red line for them, I know it's a red line for most Americans.
