"It is very concerning because it gives the World Health Organization the authority to basically lock down anybody anywhere. It is overreaching power, and it's around the world. So, the United States is basically giving them the authority to lock us down if they deem necessary in the event of a major outbreak or pandemic. ... I have to add that I don't believe it will actually come to this, as this has to be a red line for the military, and I don't see how they would allow WHO/UN goons to actually do that here just "for the optics." If it's not a red line for them, I know it's a red line for most Americans.
