fiddleheads!! had an amazing fiddlehead salad a few years ago... they grow here in Maine, USA - and only around for a short time in the spring. 😊

My husband and I tried Fiddlehead ferns, years ago - thought they were really good, at first, but then got carried away, and ate too many! Ugh... never had one since. (Apparently, one CAN get too much of a good thing!)
