I once had a frog visit me in a vision which was preceded with Egyptians, and "sanskrit" type writings, God knows so I will say, it was the one and only time I performed "Kundalini" with guided meditation, it was too easy to do, and I didn't feel good about it later, I just don't feel God wishes us to do such, but this, for me, lines up and makes sense.

Heqet – Egyptian Frog Goddess- was idolized by Pharaoh and the Egyptians. There will be no other gods before God. When God sent the plague of "frogs" he was sending a message.
