How to meditate:
1. Have a coffee

3. Find a quiet comfortable place
4. Sit with your body relaxed and eyes closed

I've activated my meditation thru walking in nature...before I even started to close my eyes w/in nature, cuz that's where it all began,one has to learn to be w/ one w/ beauty & stillness first, ie feel the vibe, sit still in the moment, alone w/o distractions or as much as possible w/o too many ppl, speaking only from my experience, before the next step into the journey to go w/in via meditation. It took me a couple of yrs to really get comfortable (due deep brainwashing ie RC church), and being patient is key. It was 10 secs, then it became 30 secs then to a min etc, as each day passes. W/all the thousands of thoughts & Hz from outside, have been absorbed from w/in, that the only way to clear it, is thru meditation. Think of it as clearing the cache/cookies in our brain matrix (bc our brain is like a computer chip, and that's what our Human avatar is, adv type of AI), that can lead to boggling down our system, if those junk/FEAR thoughts are not cleared/reset-via meditation. πβ¨π
