I have come to realise that I have been wrong in many beliefs about myself, my life, the world. There is a painstaking process of unwinding and unlearning. The cultural and spiritual programming runs deep.
This all takes time and energy. I am experiencing how our world makes that difficult. Even to the point of loud drilling starting upstairs every time I go near a certain book!

That sort of thing's happened all my life. And more violent. Have felt "held back" at crucial times all my life. Thought i was crazy and bringing it on myself but now realise what it is. Am sure i'll just "know" when that's all over.
