I only use organic cold pressed olive, grapeseed and avocado oils. I am so grateful that I am able to get some truths about the poisoning of our food supply. I ate alot of Oreos as a kid.🤬

Simple rule of nature:
EVERYTHING tastes better cooked with bacon grease.
Problem is, they take every shred of fat off the meat in the grocery these days. Pffft!
WHY?
To fuck with you. Humans cannot digest meat or anything, really, without at least some good fats on board.
You can eat rabbit all day long in a survival situation, but unless you get a wild hog or a moose or bear or something with a good amount of tallow on it, you won't see springtime, I guarantee!
Most older folks know about this. It's one of the reasons I want to raise my own pigs. Then, I get to determine what they eat & how they are finished. I like mine finished on apples, pumpkins & pecans.
I'm slobbering now, just thinking of the next bacon steaks or mini-hams.
OR - g'head & fry your veggies & stuff in corn or soy or canola oil & turn it into a death bomb.

I buy pre- packaged uncured bacon. Coleman. It usually has a pretty fair amount of fat.

We do similar here, in between...
We're hunting a couple of reasonably-priced UPRIGHT freezers, because we've run out of room...
I've got both dehydrators ready to go when we start getting veggies coming in regularly.
If one takes the trouble to look, you'll find local people who still know how to cut meat.
Hint: Respond to all ads selling "whole hog sausage."
