It was this site that helped me reverse my husband's pancreatitis. I just researched it & then researched the herbs, made my selections, added the healthful oils - avocado, coconut, EVOO, red palm, flax seed, & sesame seed oils (in shot glasses when he was bad) - we absolutely reversed it. He had been so bad he developed a stricture of the duodenum with cysts in the pancreatic head. Now, he's fine.

I only use organic cold pressed olive, grapeseed and avocado oils. I am so grateful that I am able to get some truths about the poisoning of our food supply. I ate alot of Oreos as a kid.🤬

They probably weren't as bad when you were a kid, if you're as old as I am... All of this toxic stuff began in the '70s & '80s... or at least, what I remember.
Don't overlook coconut oil - it's awesome! I take concentrated MCT oil to help me keep weight off & not having cravings for the kind of shit/foods we're talking about!
Red palm oil is good, too - an excellent source of Vitamin E & Vitamin A, plus betacarotene!
