what’s a good way to treat bad tooth.. is it possible to treat without filling, root canal, etc

I went to Dentist after not having been there in years to have a tooth pulled,I kept going back complaining of severe pain ,he yelled at me you will have to live with it,I didn't know what was wrong with ne until it got worse ,the pain was pretty bad and Inwent to a chiropractor my jaw was dislocated

I recently switched to non- flouride toothpaste and bought a filter pitcher that filters out flouride. I had poor dental care as a child and had unhealthy gums in particular. My last checkup my hygienist said my gums looked "really good." She did not know of my non- flouride change. There is less sensitivity as well.😇

Toothpaste industry is a fraud as well. Does your toothpast contain glycerine?

STOP using commercial toothpastes & either use baking soda, which alkalinizes the mouth, preventing dental caries, or find an all-natural recipe & make your own!

My own recipe includes rose petals from my Mr. Lincoln rose, pink salt, coconut oil, cinnamon, ground lemon peel, ground cloves & turmeric, & a few drops of peppermint essential oil.

Sure, turns your teeth all orangey while you're brushing, but it is also a natural whitener & makes them all clean & shiny & gives you fresh breath, so why not?

I go the same length of time between dental visits... Hate dentists so much, I only go if I have a problem.

Plus, you can buy dental tools & do the job yourself.
