Right now I feel like we need an extra category to go with “war dead” and “war wounded”… am feeling “war knackered”. Dragging myself along a day at a time, just about able to interact with a digital device still, but tired to my bones.

It is so hard i make peace with myself daily doing little bits like jigsaws or crafts helps heal the mind maybe try a little project something you can pass onto your family in years to come as a keepsake from these times x
