just look at the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge...inferior steel with fractures whie THEY WERE BUILDING IT! watch out if one of fault lines (Hayward Fault) decides to release pressure...just sayin'...a repeat of the 1989 Loma Prieta quake with much more devastation...mark my words.
