1. going down the rabbit hole for bioweapons development in UKR. A US based company was contracted by the DOD to set up these labs- Black & Veatch Corp. Also a Soros funded group - International Renaissance Foundation- funding them by grants. The projects were labelled UP. Experiments were done on UKR soldiers and locals in towns surrounding the labs. Bllod samples were sent to US.

2. As part of this study, biologists conducted experiments on Ukrainian servicemen, receiving blood samples of more than 4 thousand soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the experiments, some subjects died and others ended up with severe health consequences. This medical information was transferred to military scientists in the United States. https://dcweekly.org/2021/...

3. The Ukrainian biolabs were accessible to Pentagon contractors but not to independent experts...The US company Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. was given full access to freely operate in all biolabs in Ukraine that were engaged in biological research activities under the DTRA program. independent experts were denied such access under the pretext that these biolabs were working with especially dangerous pathogens. http://dilyana.bg/pentagon...

5. This is so deep and wide - many organizations all involved in the bioweapon labs in UKR. " Curators of the project ( International Renaissance Foundation) are Secretary of the Atlantic Council for Ukraine, Melinda Hering, and her assistant Paul Niland, who is also the director of the firm “Lifeline Ukraine”. We need to research more on these people. https://dcweekly.org/2021/...

Black & Veatch, one of the largest privately owned companies in the United States, built a biolab in Ukraine, as its website shows.

“Black & Veatch completed Ukraine’s first Biological Safety Level 3 (BSL-3) laboratory in Odessa on time and under budget,” an undated news release says. “The new facility enhances the government’s existing disease surveillance systems to detect, report and respond to bioterrorism attacks, epidemics and potential pandemics.”

The lab, the website says, was the first in the region and “the first to be commissioned, accredited and operational under the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP).” https://thenewamerican.com...
