A tough man that pulls no punches.
I may not agree with how he runs his country but, I don't have to. I really don't know a whole lot about him or Russia. He seems like a very smart man though.
Maybe the reason he's so strict with his people is to protect them? I don't know. As I said, I don't know enough about him but I think he's a smart and tough man.
