Thank you all for your healing suggestion and hair loss remedies after having Covid. I feel 100% again.
Someone suggested Medicore to me and I started taking it a couple weeks ago. and I feel great!! I was not looking to loose weight but I am.
I have learned so much from all of you and have been able to help myself and others without seeing a Doctor.
Any important herbs I can plant in my garden soon? I will do it.

what was the hair advice? what does dont over protien your hair mean? dont do what things?

Ella when too much protein is put on hair (many products contain) it can do the opposite of desired results; make hair weak and brittle, easy to break off.

3 months after getting covid my hair started falling out. Collagen peptides was recommended. Hair coming back.

😊Once you get those beautiful hairs back in, did you know that Rosemary Oil is as good as Rogain for speeding up growth? Studies have shown it to be equal. As beneficial as Minoxidil, the active ingredient in Rogaine.
It must be added to a carrier oil. You can find all kinds of ppl online to explain process. I bought a pillow cover that's kind of like a towel. (I'm currently getting ready to use as I am growing out a very short pixie).
