Ditto!!! I went through the same. Mine is now coming in and I am feeling 100% 5 months after having Covid. Im glad people are sharing testimonials because it sure helps one not feel alone in all this.

I lost my hair when I went down the first step of the rabbit hole and found pizzagate and adrenochrome. Couldn’t sleep or eat for weeks. Someone suggested salt baths and it really helped repair my body and soul. Herbal tea has helped too. Already have some herbs in my garden but will make sure I have plenty of lemon balm lavender and chamomile this year. Been reading much good about Dandelions too. Hope you repair soon. x

you can plant camomile, echinacea, rosemary, bee balm, etc in most US states. there are also medicinal weeds: nettle, etc that are medicinal….lots of great websites with info. collect seeds when you walk and you can plant for free. buy and share seeds with friends.

Ella when too much protein is put on hair (many products contain) it can do the opposite of desired results; make hair weak and brittle, easy to break off.

Bondi Boost shampoo works well, it has peppermint and rosemary in it.

My 17 yo son had upper respiratory virus symptoms in Dec & I developed similar symptoms. My husband also developed a milder version. I recovered in about a week or so. None of us got tested. (What is the point? You still have to treat symptoms.) In late Feb I noticed hair loss. My son and husband don't have hair loss. If you know...how long does it last? I'm looking at all recommendations related to this post and trying to decide what to do. Thank you!
