and.... if you cook beans or lentils with a cut and squeezed lemon the citric acid makes the zinc in the beans more bio available

Strong dosages works well, more than many seem to share online.
Will stay stable in the fridge for weeks, maybe even a month.
Can Create mixture, extraction and use within a couple weeks.
A pound of Cinchona bark lasts for considerable time.
So much more life in figuring things out.
