We all need to prepare because once there is a mass realization of this a whole lot of ppl all at once are going to flip the hell out in fear and panic.

Yes maam, we have several docs saying things that might help them and other holistic treatments for other things as well. I was just saying last week it would be good for the good ones to get together on this.
We have a lot of Patriots for instance taking a lot of vitamins and minerals randomly as they hear about each new one and we need to know better what goes with what and what doesnt mix.

Get yourself some grapefruits & lemons & make a supply of HCQ (natural hydrochloroquine) for your fridge. You can take a shot whenever you're feeling puny or off, several times a day.
Everyone is finally feeling as betrayed by the medical system as I have been for the last 40 years... I was a "trashcan" patient - to be treated with whatever until my insurance funds were exhausted, then to be thrown out.
I got online & took a homeopathy course, then another on how to compound your own medicines from herbs.
You can do this; the motivation is strong. Then you will be there when others need help, like God created us all to do.
Teach another what you have learned & together we all rise!

Hang in there, girl. You can handle this.
Do a search on DDG for courses in making your own herbal medicines, etc.

Thanks for giving me some great ideas on making teas!
Spring has sprung here in the Deep South & trees are budding, all kinds of things just fixing to happen.
I'm pretty sore from digging this weekend - a new bed where I'm going to put Jerusalem artichokes. LOVING my new Japanese weeder that works like a spring! Makes removing that turf so easy!
The artichokes arrived just Saturday, packed in wood shavings, and today I'm adding worm dirt & compost to the existing soil, then planting them! I have a good pile of leaves left for covering them all up, too!
This year, I'm focusing on plants most folks don't consider food - chickweed, purslane, lamb's quarters, oxalis, and a few more will go in this area.

I like to shave them very thin & run them through the dehydrator... TONS of uses for them, eh?
There is a cold-hardy avocado known as Mexicali strain which you might want to try. It's a dwarf, only gets about 10 feet tall & can grow in a barrel. If you have a sunroom or enclosed patio, it might work for you... once they quit playing with the weather via HAARP. Y'all be getting hammered this year...
Kale. I grow it, but I'm not a big fan. I love poke salad & am looking forward to my first harvest here. The seeds germinate best after birds have eaten them & then pooped them out & I was lucky enough to get a great big plant out behind our big shop building... Hoping there are lots of sprouts so I can have at least a couple good messes of "tonic greens" this spring.
You can do cherry trees where you're at, right? Try some apricot & mulberry, too. Don't plant the mulberry next to a patio - better fenced off in a pasture.

When they shut down HAARP, we can return to normal weather again...
No more "tornado storms" with 300 tornadoes hitting at night over huge swaths of the country...
And we'll get rain where needed, no more artificial droughts like in Africa & California.
End to famine world-wide.
Sounds like you have all the makings for some great cordials, jams & wines, girl!
I LOVE me some mulberry wine! There's nothing else like it in winter.
