Yes he did, and the cameras very slowly panned over all of them. But at the beginning and the end of the rally, the flags with the fringe were still on the stage. I noticed them at the beginning when I watched the live rally, and on replay, noticed they were still there. Don't know why there were two types of flags.

YES! I remember Biden was "inaugurated" at 11:55 am. Harris before him. I commented about it on FB and people mocked me saying "It's only 5 minutes." LOL
